Aroma Rings came packaged fragrance gels in the aromas of “Peace”, “Love”, and “Lava”. Additionally they came with lava and ceramic stones that were porous to hold in the fragrance gels. These gels and stones are activated by the heat the lava lamp it is attached to gives off. These are very uncommon to find now likely because unless you know what you have this probably is an impossibly obscure item to identify.
Sculpted Resin Dragon Lamp Holder
Very little is known about these items. They don’t even have a name and given what they are it is hard to name them. “Sculpted Resin Dragon Lamp Holder” is the closest description we could come up with when these were discovered.
In December 2023 a large red resin dragon showed up on Facebook marketplace in Peotone Illinois. The only reason we know this was a lava lamp accessory is that it perfectly fits around a standard 32oz base and it has the following engraved in it.

It was bought by a private collector and no pictures of it have been seen since and no other details were provided.
In January 2024 a collector known by the community as “Jam” found 3 more of these resin dragons. 1 large green one and 2 small green ones. One of the smaller green ones was donated to the Lava Library for preservation. According to Jam these were discovered on Facebook Marketplace and Jam saw listing for an unrelated item from a seller in Pennsylvania and when looking at the sellers other items for sale saw the dragons. The seller was unresponsive to inquiries about them so Jam found someone to reach out to that knew the seller and as it turned out the seller had lost access to the account. The seller only had access through one of their phones which got ran over by a car. Luckily a deal was struck and the dragons were soon on the way.
After asking for more information about the history of these the following interesting details were provided. The seller was the cousin of an art dealer and winery owner from Elmhurt Chicago. The art dealer was selling some paintings by the artist Mihail Chemiakin.

The seller claims that their aunt made a deal with Larry Haggerty, the owner of Haggerty Enterprises. One oddity with this story though is Larry Haggerty died in 1994 so maybe the aunt got these from a relative of Larry Haggerty or another Lava Lite employee. The deal included these 3 dragons.
